Foi citada em 1970 pela OPAS na inten\u00e7\u00e3o de melhorar os processos nos pa\u00edses americanos para que estes pudessem atingir a meta de sa\u00fade para todos no ano 2000 e em diversos outros per\u00edodos da hist\u00f3ria. A Professora Doutora Wania Carvalho, vinculada \u00e0 SES-DF, discutiu diversos temas importantes sobre a Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Permanente em Sa\u00fade no Brasil. Ela apresentou a diferen\u00e7a entre Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Permanente e Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Continuada e a import\u00e2ncia de se ter clareza sobre ambos, a Educa\u00e7\u00e3o de Adultos que se realiza diretamente com a capacita\u00e7\u00e3o dos profissionais de sa\u00fade. Apresentou tamb\u00e9m tr\u00eas dimens\u00f5es que guiam os processos da EPS, sendo os referenciais pedag\u00f3gicos construtivista, trabalho como fundamento educativo e transformador da realidade e educa\u00e7\u00e3o como possibilidade de transforma\u00e7\u00e3o. A Profa. Dra. Olga Jacobina, vinculada a SEDES-DF apresentou um panorama hist\u00f3rico do reconhecimento do direito \u00e0 assist\u00eancia social e da consolida\u00e7\u00e3o do SUAS. Apresentou diversos desafios vivenciados na sua carreira, como o de implementar a Pol\u00edtica Nacional de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Permanente (PNEP) no Distrito Federal, realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de uma an\u00e1lise situacional do sistema, sua tentativa de entender as necessidades dos trabalhadores, que trouxe informa\u00e7\u00f5es valiosas sobre os caminhos a serem seguidos para a consolida\u00e7\u00e3o da PNEP no SUAS-DF. Uma d\u00favida frequente \u00e9 sobre quais desses modos devem orientar as a\u00e7\u00f5es educativas nos diferentes cen\u00e1rios de aprendizagem em sa\u00fade. A Profa. Dra. Fabiane Ferraz, professora da UNESC, membro do grupo de pesquisa GECIES, abordou essa tem\u00e1tica de um modo muito did\u00e1tico. Categorizou os modos de ensino em \u201cA\u201d, \u201cB\u201d e \u201cC\u201d, onde o \u201cA\u201d \u00e9 um modelo de ensino Convencional\/Tradicional, que acomoda o sujeito e o torna passivo em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 sua educa\u00e7\u00e3o. \u201cB\u201d \u00e9 Progressista\/Paternalista que embora sugira uma reforma no modo de fazer ainda se acomoda muito no modelo tradicional. E \u201cC\u201d que \u00e9 Cr\u00edtico\/Libertador, caracterizado por emancipar os educandos, transformando-os em sujeitos ativos no seu processo de aprendizagem. Assim, na \u00e1rea da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Permanente em Sa\u00fade, Fabiane nos convida a refletir sobre qual processo de aprendizagem queremos, um que oprima e reproduza os conhecimentos j\u00e1 adquiridos, ou que liberte e nos fa\u00e7a questionar se estamos no caminho correto e podemos alterar o curso para melhores resultados? Dra. Ros\u00e2ngela Cotta, que tem uma vasta experi\u00eancia com mais de 26 anos de doc\u00eancia, atualmente vinculada \u00e0 Universidade Federal de Vi\u00e7osa (UFV), apresentou essas tr\u00eas dimens\u00f5es de forma did\u00e1tica e compartilhando suas experi\u00eancias adquiridas em sua jornada.
