Desde o in\u00edcio a professora chamou aten\u00e7\u00e3o para a import\u00e2ncia das plataformas de acesso ao conhecimento e destacou a tr\u00edade da UNASUS, a rede colaborativa com 35 institui\u00e7\u00f5es, o ARES e a plataforma AROUCA. Abordou a trilha de aprendizagem, contextualizando-a, e fez uma compara\u00e7\u00e3o entre as trilhas e as grades curriculares, destacando que as trilhas se adequam mais aos profissionais j\u00e1 formados, mesmo em n\u00edvel t\u00e9cnico, que torna o profissional protagonista na sua forma\u00e7\u00e3o. Refletiu que a trilha \u00e9 o planejado e a rota \u00e9 o caminho que ele decide tomar, por isso \u00e9 importante mapear as compet\u00eancias que se deseja desenvolver e deixar o aluno escolher as rotas de acordo com sua prefer\u00eancia. Al\u00e9m disso, definiu Microlearning, destacando seu papel fundamental nas trilhas. Por fim, apontou que o ARES, mesmo contando com diversos recursos abertos e gratuitos, permanece subvalorizado, \u00e9 preciso trazer novas estrat\u00e9gias aos cursos da UNASUS para fomentar o trabalho interprofissional. Christofaro encerrou a mesa com diversas reflex\u00f5es sobre a educa\u00e7\u00e3o permanente em sa\u00fade e a qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o da forma\u00e7\u00e3o. Ao tratar de qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o, normalmente se pensa apenas na forma\u00e7\u00e3o do ensino superior, entretanto a professora chamou aten\u00e7\u00e3o para os t\u00e9cnicos em sa\u00fade, que n\u00e3o s\u00e3o reconhecidos como parte das \u201cprofiss\u00f5es da sa\u00fade\u201d. Entende-se que o profissional t\u00e9cnico, embora seja reconhecido como menor, perante esses profissionais, podem saber o mesmo que estes e que seu conhecimento \u00e9 mais do que apenas \u201cno\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d. A natureza do trabalho em sa\u00fade \u00e9 um processo coletivo, interativo e dial\u00f3gico, e deve ser baseado na transversalidade de a\u00e7\u00f5es e processamentos e na cogest\u00e3o, que contemple especificidades, interprofissionalidade e multiprofissionalidade. O projeto se construiu sob tr\u00eas metas, e Kellen abordou o resultado da meta 2 \u201cConstru\u00e7\u00e3o e valida\u00e7\u00e3o da Matriz Anal\u00edtica para avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de m\u00f3dulos educacionais auto instrucionais\u201d. Tal iniciativa surgiu do desejo de disponibilizar ofertas de qualidade. A matriz foi elaborada para verificar se houve o alcance dos objetivos de aprendizagem dos aprendizes, definido como ator principal do processo. Assim, foi realizado um estudo criterioso sobre os referenciais te\u00f3ricos de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o e, a partir da\u00ed, surgiu um instrumento que responde aos crit\u00e9rios de qualidade em torno dos campos da ergonomia, sa\u00fade e educa\u00e7\u00e3o. Apontou que na escola n\u00e3o se deve somente aprender sobre democracia, mas sim vivenci\u00e1-la. Nesse sentido, se a escola pratica avalia\u00e7\u00e3o participativa, porque o profissional no \u00e2mbito p\u00fablico n\u00e3o faria? Refletiu que ao responder um question\u00e1rio, um aluno n\u00e3o aplica seus valores, mas sim, responde aos valores criados por quem idealizou tal question\u00e1rio. Assim, para dar significado ao instrumento, na perspectiva do profissional respondente, \u00e9 preciso que a institui\u00e7\u00e3o colete, organize, monitoramento e disponibilize os dados. \u00c9 importante significar e qualificar os dados, gerando recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es para melhoraria a ofertas formativa mais qualificadas. Pontuou que a primeira quest\u00e3o que precisa ser feita na avalia\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 \u201cQuais resultados eu quero impactar? N\u00e3o basta perguntar se o usu\u00e1rio est\u00e1 satisfeito ou se aprendeu, \u00e9 importante entender se ele produziu intelig\u00eancia para se desenvolver profissionalmente. Quando e como essas informa\u00e7\u00f5es devem ser mensuradas? A educa\u00e7\u00e3o permanente \u00e9 a maneira de provar que os egressos evolu\u00edram depois da forma\u00e7\u00e3o. Com o advento das tecnologias, quanto os nossos cursos s\u00e3o interativos? S\u00e3o apenas de leitura e escrita ou ofertam intera\u00e7\u00e3o? Os modelos de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o analisam n\u00e3o somente os resultados, como tamb\u00e9m o que prediz esses resultados, e estudos afirmam que o que leva algu\u00e9m a gostar de um curso, n\u00e3o \u00e9 a mesma coisa que leva a aprender, tampouco a aplicar no trabalho. A aprendizagem depende da qualidade das metodologias ativas de ensino e do quanto s\u00e3o pr\u00f3ximas da
